15+ years in head-hunting and recruiting of C-level, mid-level management as well as highly specialized professionals for international and Ukrainian companies. Has a vast experience in international search and carrying out mass-recruitment projects in Ukraine. Started in business as a Recruiting Consultant, then advanced as a Head of Regional Representative Office and Director of the regional offices network in an international company Brain Source International. Later on headed Industrial Practice as a Managing Partner of Insider HR. Afterwards joined Alex Polin Int. as an Executive Recruitment Partner.
