On June 15, 2018 Olga Demidkina – CEO & Founder of ESTEM HR – has visited the VII International Architecture Forum “Architecture in the era of global changes”, the organizer of which was B2B-magazine “Commercial Real Estate”. Many thanks to Yulia Adeyeva and Tatyana Antonyuk for the provided opportunities! The program of the forum was rather rich, interesting, diverse. Various topics were actively discussed concerning innovations in the field of construction and architecture. These issues were raised and discussed during the hot discussions, which were attended by professionals from all around the world, who are not indifferent to the fate of new Kiev. Quite lively and rich was the panel session, moderated by the delightful Elena Pomazan “Principles of a cyclical economy in architecture and energy independence of real estate”. It was interesting to hear the opinion of one of the leading urban architects from Prague Branislav Blažek , who shared his experience in redevelopment projects for large areas, urban blocks and old buildings. The participants were particularly interested in the projects of restructuring of industrial areas and reconstruction of panel houses, which are so relevant for most Ukrainian cities. A special interest was prompted by how it could be done “for free of charge.” Olga Demidkina was glad to invite Branislav Blažek again to Ukraine, taking into account their previous joint experience in the construction of hotels on the first line of the sea in Calp (Spain) in Y2012 as well as joint experience in the infrastructure project on the Azov Sea coast of Berdyansk in Y2010.

December 5, 2017 – The Final Conference ” UKRAINIAN HR-BRAND AWARD 2017″ is an independent annual award for the most successful work towards the excellent reputation of the company as an employer. At the Final Conference 42 projects of nominated companies were presented in the format of “business inquiry – solution – result”. The round tables and seminars on responsible leadership, case studies on innovation in HR-functions as well as review of the survey “Employers’ Rating of Ukraine 2017” and other hot HR topics were also held during the event.











November 10, 2017 – Attended conference “Profitability and efficiency of the agricultural company”, which was held in the Golf Center, Kiev. Actual topics, high-quality speakers and interesting reports.










October 18-19, 2017 – Took part in a number of workshops on agile leadership and strategic change management held during the 16th Forum of Ukrainian CFOs
